This item can be used with or without water. Like all our Happy Hop range it is constructed with a heavy duty 3 layered PVC material on the high traffic areas (Climb area and Slide). Warranty

We offer an exclusive 12 month manufacturers warranty on the electric blower and on the stitching and seams of our inflatables.

Under no circumstances will mould or sun damage be covered under warranty. The product MUST be fully inflated whilst being dried thoroughly and packed away after every use.

All warranty claims must be directed through Customer Service on 1300 309 009 or via email: warrantys@ozkidsinflatables.com.au

Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from Customer Service.  If you do there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your claim may not be accepted.  

In order to make a claim. please be prepared to provide Customer Service with:

  • Your proof of purchase e.g. Order number, invoice number or receipt.
  • Details of the defect or damage in relation to which you are making a claim under the warranty;
  • Photographic evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable;
  • Any other details we may need to process your claim, including confirmation of address & mobile number;
  • Allow up to 48 hours (or 2 business days)  for any response

Absolutely amazing, very happy hoppers!

"Absolutely amazing, very happy hoppers! Had to open early because it's soo hot! It's a blast, no more fighting over one slide now it's constant laughs. Love the extra extension after the slide really makes the slide longer and extra fun! My son enjoys choosing a different colour slide each time, seems durable enough for the cousins aswell. Had another brand and it broke at the base of the climbing area, breaking the part that holds the water. This has jumping castle quality material on the slide and climbing areas! 3-10 years old, so happy it's perfect."

"Ordered the triple racing thunder for my kids for Christmas and the delivery was extremely quick. I have bought a smaller slide previously which my kids have outgrown now, the quality is really good, set up and pack down is also very efficient.
