Wrapping Service
Our items are usually sent out in a GLOSSY retail carton with pictures of the item on it. For this reason we offer a black plastic wrapping service for $19. This ensures complete discretion of the item purchased. This can be added at the checkout
Shipping
We work with a network of trusted courier services to ensure your products are delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, as our items are classified as bulky. Additionally, our standard shipping rates do not cover deliveries to islands off the Australian mainland. If you require delivery to an island location, please contact our office and we will be happy to provide a tailored quote through alternative shipping methods.
Important Information

All orders will be delivered to your door without the need for a signature, and items are left at your own risk. You will receive tracking details for your order and we encourage you to monitor your shipment.

If you would prefer your delivery to require a signature, this option is available for an additional fee of $20. Please contact us on 1300 309 009 prior to dispatch so we can arrange this for you.
Standard Shipping
Orders placed before 9:00 AM AEST will be dispatched the same or next business day. Please note that the day of collection is not included in the delivery timeframe.
