2.1 Little Kids Jumping Castles owns this website and is licensed to use all content, photos and any logos appearing on this website. The material on this website is protected by copyright under the laws of Australia and cannot be used without written permission by Little Kids Jumping Castles. All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, photographs, logos, button icons, images, manuals, videos, is property of Little Kids Jumping Castles. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Little Kids Jumping Castles, is used with permission and is protected by international copyright laws.
2.2 When shopping at littlekidsjumpingcastles.com.au, you have agreed with Little Kids Jumping Castle’s Terms and Conditions. Little Kids Jumping Castles website and domain name (littlekidsjumpingcastles.com.au), is the property of Little Kids Jumping Castles.
2.3 Before purchasing, consumers will have read and agreed to all of the terms and conditions regarding returns, warranty, shipping, payment terms. Please read them carefully. Little Kids Jumping Castles reserves the right to amend or update such terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability at any time without providing notice to you.
2.4 You must not reproduce, transmit, communicate, adapt, distribute, sell, modify or publish or otherwise use any of the material on the Site, including audio and video excerpts, except as permitted by statute or with our prior written consent.
3. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
3.1 Please note that all transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
3.2 You must pay for the order in full at the time of ordering by one of the payment methods we provide on the Site. You must be fully entitled to use the payment method or account used for purchases. The payment method or account must have sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the purchase. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product and carry out security checks from time to time.
3.3 If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after you have submitted it to the site, please contact Customer service immediately. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order in accordance with your instructions.
4. THIRD PARTY CONTENT
4.1 This website contains hyperlinks to websites owned and operated by third parties. These hyperlinks are for your information and convenience only. We are not responsible for the content or information provided on such websites.
4.2 We aim to ship all our jumping castles within 24 hours of payment confirmation. The courier will deliver products to you at the place of delivery requested by you within the time indicated by us at the time of your order, but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.

8.1 Little Kids Jumping Castle does not accept liability for loss, injury or damage caused by the use or the product in a manner not designed, recommended nor intended by the manufacturer. Little Kids Jumping Castles does not accept liability for consequential loss, nor for injury or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to misuse, neglect, excessive use, alteration, modification, defective installation, maintenance or repair of the product.
8.2 Whilst care is taken, Little Kids Jumping Castles will not be directly liable for any loss, theft or damage to any goods. If problem arises, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to resolve any issues. or not these products are suitable for the user.

9.1 Little Kids Jumping Castles attempts to be as accurate as possible in providing product information. However, we cannot warrant that the information and prices are current, reliable, accurate or error-free. If you are unsure about the validity of the information or pricing, or notice any errors or inconsistencies, please contact Little Kids Jumping Castles for further confirmation.

11. WARRANTY AND REPAIRS
11.1 Please note that our warranty is only valid for normal domestic use NOT for rental, commercial or other uses. Unfortunately mould and or sun damage is NOT covered by warranty, as this comes down to the care and maintenance of your inflatable.
11.2 Tears are not covered under warranty as they are not a manufacturing fault. All inflatable jumping castles and slides are repairable, professional patches can be purchased from us. Tears can also be sewn up by needle and strong thread.
11.3 Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
11.4 Mould and sun damage is NOT covered by warranty, as this comes down to the care and maintenence of your inflatable
11.5 The warranty will be VOID if the product's fault arises from;
- Abuse, misuse, sun damage, mould, excessive use, failure to follow instructions, improper or abnormal use;
- Unauthorised repairs, alterations or modifications from an unathorised thrid party;
- Animal or Pest damage;
- Ordinary wear and tear of the product
- details of the defect or damage in relation to which you are making a claim under the warranty;
- photographic evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable;
- your proof of purchase
- any other details we may need to process your claim;
- allow 48 hours (business days) for any response
12.1 All products purchased with Little Kids Jumping Castles are subject to a 30 day refund, however to be eligible for a return: Product(s) must be returned within 30 days upon delivery, product(s) must be unused and in its original packaging (including instruction manuals, accessories, product(s) must not be opened. Customers will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org with their receipt and the reason for their return and Little Kids Jumping Castles will need to approve each refund before the items is sent back. Please note returning the item to our warehouse will be at the customers expense. Refund given will be the product price at the time of buying, shipping will not be eligible for a refund.
13.TERMS OF SERVICE
13.1 All products are subject to availability and will require some assembly.
14.1 Before you finalise your order, you’ll be given various delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery time and dates depending on the delivery address. Sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. We will keep you updated as much as we can.
14.2 We aim to deliver products to you at the place of delivery requested by you within the time indicated by us at the time of your order, but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.
14.3 The courier will leave the order at the address advised by you at the time of purchase. Unless a signature is required and payed for by you, all items will be left on the premises authority to leave (ATL)
14.4 Unless otherwise specified by you, all risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery. If delivery is delayed, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product.
14.5 We do not ship over weekends OR public holidays and use couriers instead of Australia Post due to the product being bulky.
15.1 We may terminate a Contract if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the product.
16. FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS
16.1 We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received a product with a defect, please contact us via 1300 309 009 as soon as possible so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as quickly as possible. In order to assist the return process, you may be required to send us images of the damage, defect or fault for preliminary assessment.
16.2 If It does not constitute a defect, if in our reasonable opinion, the Product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.
17. PRICES AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
17.1 An error may occur in terms of incorrect pricing or product descriptions, If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will tell you ASAP and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it.
17.2 If we can’t get in touch with you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you’ve already paid, we will refund you in full as per the original method of payment.

18. PROMO CODES
18.1 From time to time, we may give you Promo Codes that you can use to reduce the price of specified products. Remember, it’s up to you to enter the code at checkout.
18.2 Each Promo Code has its own terms, which will be made clear at the time it’s issued to you (e.g. what products, single/multiple use, when it can be used etc).
18.3 If you have been given a unique Promo Code that is meant just for you. If we think there is or has been misuse of a Promo Code in any way (e.g. selling it or sharing it with others), we will cancel your Promo Code and/or suspend or even close your account.
18.4 We don’t like to do this, but if a Promo Code can’t run properly because someone or something is spoiling the fun for everyone – e.g. fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control that affects the running or fairness of the Promo Code – we can cancel, modify or suspend the Promo Code.
18.5 Only one (1) promo code can be applied to a single order.
18.6 This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
18.7 This offer is available online only and cannot be redeemed in store.
19. Special Promotions, Sales & Programs
19.1 Little Kids Jumping Castles often run special promotions and sales. Special prices must be redeemed within the sale promotion period as outlined in the website.
19.2 We do not offer 'price matching' or 'price protection' in respect of items appearing on our own site. For example if you an item that later goes on sale, we do not offer refunds to your original purchase price to discount it to the sale price.
20. Abandoned Shopping Cart Offers
20.1 The coupon code in your Abandoned Cart email will expire 30 days from the date you receive the email.
20.2 The coupon code entitles you to $25 off your order when you spend over $100.
20.3 You must spend over $100 in order to qualify for the discount.
20.4 You must apply the coupon code at checkout in order to receive the discount.
20.5 If you are unsure how to use this offer, please contact customer service before finalising your order. Promotional offers will not be honoured unless the relevant code has been applied in the cart and no refund will be offered if the coupon code was not entered correctly.
20.6 The coupon code is unique per customer and is single use.
20.7 Customers can only use the abandoned cart offer once per six months.
20.8 This offer is available online only and cannot be redeemed in store.
20.9 Only one coupon code can be used per order and this offer cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer.
20.10 Little Kids Jumping Castles has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry.
20.11 Little Kids Jumping Castles reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the law or changes to our services.
20.12 If items from the order are returned and your order no longer meets the spend level required for the promotion, all remaining items will be charged at their listed price at the time of purchase.
