We offer an exclusive 12 month manufacturers warranty on the electric blower and on the stitching and seams of our inflatables.
Under no circumstances will mould or sun damage be covered under warranty. The product MUST be fully inflated whilst being dried thoroughly and packed away after every use.
All warranty claims must be directed through Customer Service on 1300 309 009 or via email: email@example.com
Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from Customer Service. If you do there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your claim may not be accepted.
In order to make a claim. please be prepared to provide Customer Service with:
- Your proof of purchase e.g. Order number, invoice number or receipt.
- Details of the defect or damage in relation to which you are making a claim under the warranty;
- Photographic evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable;
- Any other details we may need to process your claim, including confirmation of address & mobile number;
- Allow up to 48 hours (or 2 business days) for any response
